M. Catherine Condon is a partner with McElroy, Meyer, Walker & Condon, P.C., and has been with the firm since 1991 when she graduated from law school. Her practice is limited to the representation of Indian tribes and their members concentrating primarily on the litigation and negotiation of natural resource disputes, environmental matters and regulatory issues. Ms. Condon handles complex litigation against the United States relating to treaty protected land claims. In addition, Ms. Condon has substantial experience in the area of Indian gaming.

Ms. Condon received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1979, and her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1991.
