Alice E. Walker is the managing partner of McElroy, Meyer, Walker & Condon, P.C., and has been with the firm since 1992 when she graduated from law school. Her practice is limited to the representation of Indian tribes and their members, concentrating primarily on the litigation and negotiation of natural resource disputes, Indian gaming matters, federal tribal acknowledgement, taxation, and jurisdictional and regulatory issues. Her practice includes the representation of Indian tribes in all aspects of federal Indian law.

Education and Professional Activities:

Ms. Walker received her undergraduate degree from Earlham College in 1987, her M.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1992, and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992.
